 Swanson's AFC provides specialized level of care based on a Individual Plan of Service (IPOS), 24 hour supervision, and transportation to and from doctors appointments. We ensure that consumers recieve medical, dental, and psychiatric care, three home cooked meals, wheelchair accessibility, outings,  private and semi-private rooms and an excellent homelike enviroment.

 

 

 




 The Swanson's AFC Home living setting is not set up as a typical Adult Foster Care (AFC) Home. We believe in having a deinstitutionalized setting by providing a homelike atmosphere and enviroment similar to that of your own home. Bedrooms are decorated in lively colors as well as wall pictures that therapeutically stimulates the mind, body, and soul. There are various churches in the community and we encourage consumers to attend at their pleasure. We also encourage our consumers to visit and become member's of local libraries, local organizations, and community groups, as well as utilize available community resources.
